1. 14-Day Delivery Commitment
We understand you're excited to receive your order. That’s why we aim for a total estimated delivery time from 8 to 14 days (including order process and shipping times) for our orders.
Our order cut-off time is 4 P.M (Hong Kong Standard Time). If your order is made after this date, it will be fulfilled in the next day.
2. Order Processing (1-3 Days)
Every Cateby product undergoes a rigorous quality check in Hong Kong before it is packed.

Speedy Fulfillment: Orders are processed, quality-checked, and handed over to our couriers within 1 to 3 days (Mon to Sun).

Tracking Notification: As soon as your package is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your Tracking ID and a Tracking link so you can follow its journey.
3. Shipping Times (7-11 Days)
By using premium shipping lines, we bypass the usual delays associated with standard postal services. All orders will be shipped from Hong Kong.

4. Shipping Cost
At Cateby, we are pleased to offer Complimentary Standard Shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase required.

5. Real-Time Order Tracking
For shipping status, you can check our page "Track your order"
The tracking number is contained in the order confirmation email.
If the tracking number is missing, please log in to your account to locate it.

Status Updates: Please allow 24-48 hours after receiving your tracking number for the system to activate and show the initial movement.
6. Address Accuracy & Modifications
To guarantee shipment, please assure that your shipping address is valid.

If you notice an error, contact us immediately at support@cateby.com. Once an order has been processed by the carrier, we are unfortunately unable to redirect it.
7. Delivery Guarantee
We always do our best to ensure that your order will be delivered on time. However, occasional delays can occur due to customs inspections or local logistics peaks. At that time, we will try to find the best way to solve, so please be patient. We will notify your when there is any update.
